Waiting on my computer to copy over my music collection (it’s currently on another machine and I just share it over), and as soon as that’s done, I hit the road and head for Kenosha, WI.
I am SOOOOO looking forward to this week! I even can use my Cricket phone in Kenosha, just to make things cooler (upgraded it to the nationwide plan, which gives me 200 minutes).
However, money is REALLY tight on this trip – so I have some worries. But a little help from a friend, and I’ve at least got a lifeline now if everything goes wrong! Â
I love being out on the road without having to be in a huge hurry (I’ll sleep in the car tonight, naping on the way to Kenosha. Saves me 1 day of hotel on the way up, and a day on the way back. I did that on the way home on my last trip – rest stops are very useful :-) Luckly this time I don’t have to worry about hitting major snowstorms like last time.
